Cerebral Hemorrhage Due to Electrical Burns

Abstract
The damage from electric current dependent on th type of circuit, voltage, ampere, path of current, duration of contact, air humidity, size of electrode & specific resistance of individual tissue and their sensitivity to heat damage, Bone has the
greatest resistance to current flow and therefore generated most heat. However bone structure makes it most resistant to hate damage.
Therefore brain damage was rared. But this cases developed cerebral hemorrhage due to electrical burns on occipital area. Brain abscess was formed, because infective material may be carried directly into the cranial cavity. This surgical method
used
local burr hole drainge of brain adscess, free flaps of portions of the omentum with anastomosis in the supecial temporal artery, mesh-split thickness skin graft over omental flap.
